Ingredients:
8 Slices: pumpernickel bread,
1/2 cup: Thousand Island dressing,
4 Slices: Swiss cheese,
4 tbsp: Drained sauerkraut,
1/4 lbs: Cooked or canned corned beef,
Butter or margarine,
Directions:
Spread half of bread slices with dressing. Top each with cheese,
sauerkraut, corned beef and bread slice. Butter top and bottom of
bread.
