Guerrini Chicken Wings** Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: To 3 lb chicken wings,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
7 tbsp: Cornstarch,
2 Cloves: garlic, minced
4 tbsp: Flour,
2: Eggs,
5 tbsp: Soy sauce,
4 tbsp: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Toasted sesame seeds,
2: Green onions, chopped
Oil for frying,
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except oil and chicken. Add chicken to mixture
and marinate overnight in the refrigerator, turning occasionally to
coat. Deep fry until golden brown.
