Herbed Onions Recipe

Ingredients:
4 Med: onions, peeled and quart
1/4 cup: Chopped mushrooms,
3: Tomatoes, peeled seeded chop
1 Clove: garlic, mashed through
1/2 tsp: Sage,
1/2 tsp: Basil,
1 tbsp: Minced celery leaves,
1/4 cup: Defatted chicken or vegetabl,
Directions:
Toss all of the ingredients into a round, medium sized casserole dish
and combine well. Cover and microwave on full power until the onions
are just tender, about 5 minutes. Let the onions stand for 3 minutes
before lifting the cover nd serving. The onions are even tastier when
reheated and eaten the second day. Great as a side dish to turkey or
