Tantalizing Tofu Recipe

Ingredients:
3 ounce: Tofu, cut into bite-size pieces
3 ounce: Broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
3 ounce: Turnip greens, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 ounce: Walnuts, chopped
1/2 tsp: Basil,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Soy oil,
3 ounce: Romaine lettuce,
Directions:
Saute all ingredients except for lettuce in soy oil for 3 to 4
minutes. Arrange on a bed of lettuce.
