Thai Peanut Slaw Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Head: Nappa Cabbage, shredded
1: Cucumber, chopped
1 bunch: Green onions, sliced
1/4 cup: Salted peanuts, chopped
1 tbsp: Sesame Seeds,
2 cup: Bean sprouts,
DRESSING
1/2 cup: Salted peanuts, very finely ground
1 1/2 tsp: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Red pepper flakes,
1 tsp: Fresh garlic, finely chop
1 tbsp: Peanut Oil,
3 tbsp: Rice vinegar or vinegar,
1 tbsp: Soy sauce,
Directions:
In large bowl combine all salad ingredients. In small bowl stir
together all dressing ingredients. Just before serving, pour
dressing over salad; toss to coat. Yield: 8 servings.
