The Border Grills Cinco De Mayo Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients:
3: Ripe Haas avocados*,
1 small: Red onion, peeled and diced
1: Jalapenos, or 2, to taste**
1 bunch: Cilantro leaves***,
2: Limes, juiced
Salt & freshly ground pepper,

Directions:
*peeled and mashed

**chopped finely (seeds optional)

***up to 2 bunches to taste; washed, dried and roughly chopped

Mix all ingredients well.
