Tigs Unsausage & Pasta Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
5 cup: Vegetable broth,
1 package: Morninstar links, sliced
, (vegetarian sausage
Substitute),
1 medium: Onion, chopped
3: Green onions, thinly sliced
1: Bell pepper, (your choice of
Color), diced
2: Bay leaves,
1/2 tsp: Lemon pepper, (or, some black
Pepper & a dash of lemon,
Juice, I suppose)
1: Thinly sliced serrano chilis,
, (or more, or another
Variety, if you
Like),
1 cup: Small shell pasta,
1 cup: Frozen peas,
Directions:
1. In a large pot, combine veg broth, links, onion, green onion, bell
pepper, bay leaves, lemon pepper, and serranos. Simmer for 20 minutes.
2. Add pasta shells and simmer another 7 to 9 minutes, until cooked
tender.
3. Add peas and heat to warm. Ladle into bowls and serve.
