Tofu Au Gingembre Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Firm Tofu,
1/3 cup: Ginger root, grated
2/3 cup: Sunflower oil,
2/3 cup: Tamari,
Directions:
Cut the tofu in slices and place them side by side in a shallow
oven-proof dish. In a small bowl combine ginger, oil and tamari. Pour
over the tofu. Let marinate for 1 - 3 hours. Preheat oven to 350
