Tofu Loaf #2 Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Tofu, mashed
1 cup: Onion, chopped
1 cup: Rolled oats,
1/2 cup: Walnuts, chopped
3 tbsp: Peanut butter,
4 tbsp: Tamari,
2: Garlic cloves, pressed
1/2 tsp: Sage,
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well, using your
hands if necessary.
Press the mixture into a well-oiled loaf pan.
Run a knife around the edges of the pan and unmold th eloaf onto a
serving platter. Surround the platter with colorful ssteamed
vegetables and serve with a sauce.
