Tofu Mayo Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Soft silken tofu, mashed
1 tbsp: Olive oil,
1: Garlic clove, crushed
2 1/2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1 tsp: Dijon mustard,
1 tsp: Rice syrup,

Directions:
Drain tofu for 15 to 29 minutes and squeeze out any excess water.

Blend all ingredients untilsmooth and creamy. If mixure seems too
thick, add one teaspoon of water.

Per serving (1 tbs): 33 cal; 3 g prot; 7 mg sod; 1 g carb; 2 g fat;
0 mg chol; 33 mg cal
