Tofu Nut Patties Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Water,
1 tbsp: Egg replacer,
1 cup: Whole wheat bread crumbs,
1/2 cup: Roasted almond butter,
1/2 cup: Walnuts, finely chopped
1/2 cup: Sunflower seeds, lightly roasted
1/2 cup: Millet or brown rice, precooked
2 tbsp: Almond oil,
2 tbsp: Parsley,
1 tbsp: Onion powder,
1 tsp: Garlic powder,
1 tsp: Thyme,
1/2 tsp: Marjoram,
1/2 tsp: Sea salt,
1/8 tsp: Rosemary, ground
1/2 lbs: Tofu, crumbled
Directions:
Mix the water and egg replacer together.
Blend the remaining ingredients, except for the tofu, in a food
processor. Process until well mixed, then stir in the tofu.
Form into 8 patties. Place on grill or in frying pan and grill until
browned on both sides.
