Tostadas De Frijol (bean Tostadas) Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: Beans, black, cooked very thick
8 ounce: Cream cheese, cubed
12 each: Tostadas, small
1 large: Onions, minced
1 large: Avocado, cut in strips
1 each: Chile, chipotle, cut in strips
Directions:
Heat the beans with the cream cheese, but do not allow the mixture
to boil, as the cheese and beans should remain seperate. Spread a
layer of the mixture on the tostadas, followed by a layer of onion,
avocado and chile.
