Homemade Sausage Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Very lean ground beef,
1 tsp: Ground Sage,
1/2 tsp: Dried Thyme,
1/2 tsp: Garlic Powder,
1 tsp: Black Pepper,
1 tsp: Liquid Smoke,
1/2 tsp: Crushed red pepper,

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and shape into patties.

2. Broil or pan fry. If pan frying pour off fat as it collects.

3. Drain patties on paper towels.

Variations: "Hot" Sausage: Increase crushed red pepper by 1
tablespoon.
