Honey Baked Lentils Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Lentils,
1 small: Bay Leaf,
2 1/2 cup: Water,
1 tsp: Salt ----Xxxxx-----,
1/2 tsp: Dry Mustard,
1/8 tsp: Powdered Ginger,
1 1/2 tsp: Tamari,
1/4 cup: Chopped Onion,
1/2 cup: Water,
1/4 cup: Honey,
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover
tightly and reduce heat. Simmer 30 minutes. Do not drain. Discard bay
leaf.
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine remaining 5 ingredients separately and add to lentils.
Place lentils in casserole dish and pour honey over top. Cover
tightly and bake 1 hour. Uncover last 10 minutes.
