Honey-mustard Garlic Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
2 Heads: roasted garlic,
2 tbsp: Dijon mustard,
1 1/2: -2 tbsp mild honey,
3 tbsp: Cider vinegar,
1/4 cup: Apple juice, unsweetened
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Black pepper to taste,
Directions:
Squeeze the garlic puree from the skins into a blender. Add remaining
ingredients and puree until smooth and creamy. Taste for seasoning.
Covered tightly and refrigerated this dressing should keep 4 days.
