Honey Raisin Walnut Scones Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb.: margarine,
2 1/2 lb.: whole wheat flour,
3 ounce: baking powder,
3/4 ounce: baking soda,
12 ounce: egg,
6 ounce: honey,
14 ounce: golden raisins,
10 ounce: walnuts,
1 3/4 lb.: yogurt,
22 3/4 ounce: orange,
Directions:
Cut margarine into whole wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Add remaining ingredients and lightly combine to incorporate on 1st
speed of 3-speed mixer. Place dough on floured surface and roll even
2" thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place scones on a paper-lined or
oiled sheetpan. Bake at 350 degrees F 12-15 minutes.
