Hot Dill Pickles Recipe

Yield: 1 Gallon

Ingredients:
1 gallon: Cucumbers,
1 1/2 tbsp: Mustard seed,
1 1/2 tsp: Alum,
1 small: Onion,
2 Cloves: garlic,
3: Hot peppers,
1: Dill head,
1 quart: Vinegar,
3 quart: Water,
1 cup: Salt,

Directions:
Put first seven ingredients into jars. Bring last three ingredients
to a boil together and then pour into previously prepared jars. Seal.
Open in 3 to 4 weeks.
