2/3 cup: Oatmeal cook gently for 5-6 minutes,
ADD
1 tbsp: Raisins,
1/2 tsp: Cinnamon,
1 tbsp: Sunflower seeds,
SERVE WITH
1/4 cup: Milk or yogurt, low-fat
