Hungarian Goulash/cp Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Round steak, cubed
1 cup: Onion, chopped
1: Garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp: Flour,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Papper,
1 tsp: Paprika,
1 tsp: Thyme, dried
1: Bay leaf,
14 1/2 ounce: Tomatoes,
1 cup: Sour cream,
Directions:
Put steak cubes, onions, garlic in crockpot. Stir in flour and mix
to coat steak cubes. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream.
Stir well. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours. Add sour cream 30
minutes before serving. (HIGH 4 to 5 hours) Serve over hot buttered
noodles.
