Tuna Au Poivre Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Soy sauce,
3 tbsp: Lime juice,
1 medium: Clove garlic, peeled and put
Through a press,
3/4 tsp: Sugar,
1 lbs: Fresh tuna,
2: To 3 teaspoons coarsely,
Ground black pepper,
Directions:
1. Combine the soy sauce, lime juice, garlic and sugar. Put the tuna
into a glass dish and pour the marinade over the fish. Marinate 1-2
hours in refrigerator. 2. Remove the fish from the marinade, discard
marinade and place on a rack (or broiling pan) in a foiled lined pan.
Sprinkle the pepper on top of the fish, patting gently to adhere.
Bake in a preheated 450-degree oven until cooked through..
