Tuna Melt Pitas Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can: , (7 oz) flaked white tuna
3/4 cup: Diced celery,
3/4 cup: Shredded Cheddar cheese,
1/3 cup: Mayonnaise,
2: Green onions, chopped
2 tbsp: Green pickle relish,
10 Mini: pita breads,
Paprika,
Directions:
Drain and flake tuna. In bowl, combine tuna, celery, Cheddar,
mayonnaise, onions and relish.
Cut pitas in half to form circles; arrange on baking sheet. Top each
half with heaping tablespoon tuna mixture. Sprinkle with paprika to
taste. (Pitas can be prepared to this point, covered and refrigerated
for up to 1 day.)
Bake in 350
F oven for 15 minutes or until Cheddar melts. Makes 20
