Turkey-black Bean Chili Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Olive Oil,
1 lbs: Ground Turkey,
1 cup: Chopped Onion,
2 Cloves: Garlic, minced
1 1/2 tbsp: Chili Powder,
1 tsp: Cumin,
1 tsp: Oregano,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
15 ounce: Can Black Beans, rinsed & drained
1/2 cup: Beef Broth,
1 cup: Picante Sauce,
1 tbsp: Cornstarch,
Directions:
Heat oil in large pan. Add turkey, onions, and garlic; cook and stir
3 minutes. Add chili powder, cumin, oregano and salt; cook and stir
until turkey is cooked through and onion is tender. Stir in beans and
broth. Combine picante sauce and cornstarch; add to pan. Bring to a
boil; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring
occasionally.
Makes about 4 1/2 cups chili.
