Italian Fried Knots Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup: Flour,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
2 tbsp: Melted butter,
3/4 cup: Honey,
3 tbsp: Sugar,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
1/4 cup: Water or sweet wine,
1 tbsp: Water,
non-pareils,

Directions:
Mix flour, salt, sugar, eggs, vanilla, butter & 1 tab. water. Let
rest 1 hour. Roll out quite thin. Cut into strips. Tie into knots.
Fry. Mix honey, sugar and 1/4 cup water in a saucepan. Bring to a
boil then simmer until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Dip
fried knots into honey glaze. Sprinkle with non-pareils and serve on
platter.
