Italian Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Egg, beaten
1 1/2 lbs: Ground beef,
1 can: , (8 oz) pizza sauce
3/4 cup: , (3 oz.) Velveeta Shredded
Pasteurized Process Cheese,
Food,
3/4 cup: Old fashioned or quick,
Oats, uncooked
1/4 cup: Cold water,
1/2 tsp: Dried oregano leaves, crushed
Directions:
In a large bowl,combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the sauce;
mix lightly.Shape into a loaf in a 10 x 6" baking dish. Bake @ 350
degrees for 1 hour. Top with remaining sauce. Let stand for 10
minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
