Ingredients:
5 lbs: Pork butt, ground
5 tsp: Salt,
5 tsp: Fennel seed,
1 1/2 tsp: Crushed hot pepper,
1 1/2 tsp: Pepper, black
1 cup: , water

Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make
patties. To cook, fry or bake.
