Italian Style Meatless Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Tofu, well broken up
1 cup: Wholewheat breadcrumbs,
1 small: Onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp: Natural soy sauce, or to taste
1 cup: Wholewheat flour,
1 tsp: Oregano,
1/4 tsp: Basil,

Directions:
Combine the ingredients well in a large bowl, kneading the mixture a
little to help it hold together. Shape the mixture into balls and
shallow- or deep-fry them. Use these with spaghetti or bake them in
the oven with a nice Italian-style tomato sauce (see recipe in this
conference). Bake at 350

for about half an hour.
