Unbaked Caramel Cookies Recipe

Yield: 60 Servings

Ingredients:
2 cup: Sugar,
3/4 cup: Butter or margarine,
6 ounce: Can evaporated milk, undiluted
1 Pkg: instant butterscotch pudding mix,
3 1/2 cup: Quick-cooking Oatmeal,

Directions:
Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk; stir over low heat until
mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Remove from heat and add
pudding mix and oatmeal. Stir thoroughly. Cool 15 minutes, the drop
by rounded spoonfuls onto waxed=paper lined cookie pans.

These are almost like candy, too.
