Upside Down Apple Gingerbread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Margarine, melted
2 large: Apples, sliced
1 1/3 cup: Sugar,
1 1/4 cup: Margarine,
1 1/4 cup: Sugar,
1: Egg,
2 cup: Flour,
1 1/4 cup: Molasses,
1 1/3 cup: Brown sugar,
1 tsp: Soda,
1 tsp: Ginger,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
1 tsp: Cloves,
1 1/4 tsp: Salt,
3 1/2 cup: Hot tea,

Directions:
Pour melted margarine into a 9" dish & place apples in dish, sprinkle
with brown sugar. Mix other ingredients together & pour over apples.
Bake at 350 degrees about 45 min. Cool in pan 4 or 5 min., invert
onto serving plate.
