Jalapeno Corn Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
17 ounce: Corn, Canned
17 ounce: Creamed Corn, Canned
1/2 cup: Corn Meal,
2 each: Eggs,
6 tbsp: Wesson Oil,
1 tsp: Garlic Salt,
2 each: Jalapenos, Chopped
1/2 each: Onion, Chopped
8 ounce: Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and pour in greased casserole.
2. Bake 40 minutes at 350
F.
3. Cover with cheese and put back in oven long enough for cheese to
melt.
