Jims Granola Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Unpopped AM Popcorn,
4 cup: AM Oat Flakes,
1 cup: AM Wheat Flakes,
1 cup: AM Barley Flakes,
2 cup: AM Cracked Wheat OR- 7 Grain Cereal,
2 cup: Coconut, optional
1 cup: AM Sunflower Seeds,
1 cup: Peanuts,
1 cup: AM Sesame Seeds, (Mechanically Hulled)
1 cup: -to...,
2 cup: Honey or other sweetener,
1/2 cup: AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil,
1 tbsp: Mapleine or vanilla OR- other flavor,
OPTIONAL
1 cup: Raisins,
1 cup: Dates, chopped
1 cup: Dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup: Dried pineapple, chopped
1/2 cup: Dried papaya, chopped
1 cup: Almonds, chopped
1 cup: Pecans, chopped
1 package: Banana chips,
Directions:
Pop popcorn. Combine all dry ingredients. Combine honey, oil, and
flavoring in a separate bowl. Stir honey mixture into dry
ingredients. Bake in non-preheated oven at 350 F. for 45 minutes,
stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven; stir in fruit. Cool.
