Jims Garlic Salad Recipe
Yield: 4 ServingsRecipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
6 each: Cloves Elephant Garlic,
1 cup: Red bell pepper, chopped
1 each: Small onion, chopped
4 cup: Salad greens,
1/2 cup: Cheese, cubed, mixed
1/2 cup: Celery, diced
1 each: Can mandarin oranges,
1/4 cup: Radishes, sliced
Directions:
In a saute pan, pour in enough water to cover the garlic cloves.
Simmer for 10 minutes, drain and cool the cloves. Arrange the lettuce
on a platter, toss together the veggies and cheese. Slice the cloves
thin and toss in with the veggies. Top lettuce with the veggy mixture
and oranges.
Top with "Jims Black Raspberry Salad Dressing"
