Johnny Town-mouses Granola Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Oatmeal,
1/2 cup: Wheat germ,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1/4 cup: Honey,
1/4 cup: Dried apricots,
1/4 cup: Unsweetened coconut,
1/4 cup: Sesame seeds,
1/4 cup: Raw, unsalted, sunflower
Seeds,
1/4 cup: Dried fruit,
1/4 cup: Raisins,
Directions:
Combine oatmeal, wheat germ and salt; add honey and oil. Bake on
ungreased cookie sheet for 30 minutes at 250. Stir in remaining
ingredients (except raisins) and bake 15 minutes more (longer if you
like coconut toasty). Stir in raisins and let cool. Makes about 5
cups.
