Vidalia Onion Salad* Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Vidalia onions, thinly sliced
Lettuce, torn in bite size- pieces - icebox,Romaine etc
Eggs, hard boiled
DRESSING,
1/2 cup: Mustard,
1/2 cup: Mayonnaise,
Salt to taste,
1/4 tsp: Lemon-pepper seasoning,
2 tsp: White vinegar,
Directions:
In a seperate bowl, mix the dressing ingredients. To assemble: make
layers of lettuce, onions, eggs and dressing. Repeat and end with
dressing. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. This is great with
steak and potatoes!
