Vinegar Icing Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Brown sugar,
1 cup: White sugar,
2/3 cup: Water,
1/8 tsp: Cream of tartar,
2: Egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 tsp: Vanilla,
2 tbsp: Vinegar,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except flavoring and eggs. Boil to soft ball
stage (236 F). Pour slowly, beating constantly, onto egg whites. Add
flavoring. Continue beating until thick and creamy.
