Warm Tuna-pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Water,
16 ounce: Frozen broccoli,, (1
Package),
Rotini pasta, peas, and red
Peppers,
With Parmesan cheese,
Seasoning,
1/3 cup: Nonfat sour cream,
Alternative,
6 1/2 ounce: 60%-less-salt tuna in water,
, (1 can) drained

Directions:
Combine water and broccoli mixture in a medium saucepan. Bring to a
boil; cover, reduce heat to medium-high, and cook 6 minutes, stirring
once.

Remove from heat. Add nonfat sour cream alternative and tuna to
broccoli mixture, and toss well. Yield: 3 servings (serving size: 1
cup).
