Western Chuck Steak Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Tomato catsup,
1/4 cup: Kikkoman Soy Sauce,
1/4 cup: Cider vinegar,
1 small: Onion, chopped
1: Beef chuck blade steak, (3 to 4 pound, - 3/4 to 1 inch thick)
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan; bring to boil. Simmer 5
minutes; cool. Pour into plastic bag with meat. Refrigerate 8 to 10
hours, or overnight. Broil 8 to 10 minutes on each side (for rare or
medium doneness). To serve, cut across grain into thin slices.
Makes 4 to 6 servings
