2 cup: Clear flour,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Vital gluten,
2 tsp: Caraway seeds,
1/2 cup: Light sour cream,
1 cup: +3T Water,
2 1/4 tsp: Instant yeast,
Directions:
Bake on basic white bread cycle. Watch first kneading and dribble in more
water by teaspoonsful, if the dough ball seems rough and dry.
