10 1/2 ounce: Bread flour,
1/3 cup: Amaranth flour,
1/4 cup: 7-grain cereal,
1 tbsp: Gluten,
1 tbsp: Buttermilk powder,
2 tsp: Honey,
1 tbsp: Lecithin granules,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Water + 1 tablespoon,
1 tsp: Yeast,

Directions:
Bake on LIGHT setting, or the crust will be too well-done.
