Brown Beans And Rice (m_c-tx) Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Cooked brown pinto beans,
1 can: Cream of mushroom soup,
-plus 1/2 cup bean juice,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 cup: Cooked rice,
Optional: onions and green,
1 lbs: Hamburger, browned
-peppers, sauted and cooked
-and drained,
-with meat,
1 1/2 cup: Grated cheddar cheese,
Directions:
Mix all together. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes or until bubbly, use 2
quart dish. Serve hot with corn bread and a green salad.
