Whitefish Fillets Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: White fish fillets,
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
Salt & pepper,
2: Shallots, thin slice OR
4: Scallons, thin slice
1/2 cup: Bread crumbs,
1/4 cup: Cheese, grated
White wine,
Directions:
Moisten fish with lemon juice (sprinkle on). Toss. Place in a shallow
dish (buttered). Add salt & peppper, cover with shallots, crumbs,
cheese. Dot with butter. Pour on wine to about 1/3 way up fish. Bake
uncovered at 450 for 25 min. until opaque
