Zucchini Toss Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Vegetable/olive oil,
1 tbsp: Red wine vinegar,
1/4 tsp: Dry mustard,
1/2 Head: lettuce,
1 Medium: zucchini, thin sliced
2: Green onions, sliced
2 tbsp: Dry red wine,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Paprika,
1/2 Small: bunch romaine,
1/2 cup: Sliced radishes,
2 tbsp: Crumbled blue cheese,
Directions:
Shake oil, wine, vinegar, salt, mustard and paprika in tightly
covered jar. Refrigerate until chilled.
Tear greens into bite sized pieces in large salad bowl. Mix in
remaining ingredients. Shake dressing; pour over salad. Toss until
greens glisten.
