MEDIUM LOAF
3/4 cup: Zucchini, shredded
3/4 cup: Water,
3 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
3 tbsp: Honey,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Grated orange peel,
1/4 cup: Wheat germ,
1 1/2 cup: Whole wheat flour,
1 1/2 cup: Bread flour,
1 1/2 tsp: Yeast,

LARGE LOAF
1 cup: Zucchini, shredded
1 cup: Water,
1/4 cup: Vegetable oil,
1/4 cup: Honey,
1 1/3 tsp: Salt,
1 1/3 tsp: Grated orange peel,
5 tbsp: Wheat germ,
2 cup: Whole wheat flour,
2 cup: Bread flour,
2 1/2 tsp: Yeast,
