Banana Raisin Nut Bread Recipe
Yield: 1 loafRecipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
2/3 cup: water,
1: egg,
2 tbsp: vegetable oil,
1/4 cup: honey,
1 1/2: banana,
1 tsp: salt,
1 tsp: cinnamon,
3 1/2 cup: bread flour,
2 tsp: yeast,
1 cup: raisins,
1/2 cup: broken walnuts,
Directions:
Add raisins and nuts at the beep. NOTE: I coated the raisins with
some of the flour and added them at the beginning and omitted the
nuts completely . This loaf rose to the full height of the bread pan
