Chocolate Whipped Cream Frosting Recipe

Ingredients:
2 T: Confectioners sugar,
1 T: Hersheys cocoa,
1 1/2 cup: Chilled whipping cream,
1/4 cup: Hersheys syrup,
Directions:
In small mixer bowl stir together confectioners sugar and cocoa.
Stir in whipping cream. Beat until stiff; blend in syrup. Chill
until desired consistency.
