Easy Holiday Fruit Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: 1 lb 3 oz white cake mix,
1: Egg,
1/4 cup: Water,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Lemon extract,
3: Eggs,
1/2 cup: Sifted all purpose flour,
1 lbs: Light raisins,
1 lbs: Whole pecans,
1/2 lbs: Whole candied cherries,
1/2 lbs: Candied pineapple, cut into strips.
Directions:
Line two greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans with waxed
paper; grease paper.
Combine cake mix, egg, water, salt and lemon extract in large bowl of
electric mixer. Beat two minutes at medium speed. Add 3 eggs; b eat
w minutes longer.
Mix flour and remaining ingredients; stir into cake batter.
Pour into the two prepared pans.
Bake at 275 degrees for about two hours.
