Fish And Chicken Batter Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Flour,
1/2 tsp: Sugar,
1 each: Egg,
1 cup: Ice water,
2 tbsp: Oil,
1 tsp: Garlic powder,
2 lbs: Fish, chicken, or shrimp
Directions:
Combine first six ingredients and beat well. Dry meat well. Dip into
batter and deep fry. Note: be sure water is ice cold or the batter
wont stick to meat.
