Mocha Butter Frosting Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tsp: Powdered instant coffee,
1 tsp: Hot water,
1/4 cup: Butter or margarine softened,
3 T: Hersheys cocoa,
1 tsp: Vanilla extract,
1: Egg, beaten
2 cup: Powdered sugar,
Directions:
In small mixer bowl dissolve instant coffee in water. Blend in
butter, cocoa and vanilla. Blend in egg. Gradually beat in powdered
sugar unti well blended. Add water, 1 ts. at a time, if necessary,
until desired consistency.
