Poppy Seed Mini-muffins Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Flour,
3/4 cup: Sugar,
1 tsp: Baking powder,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1/4 tsp: , salt
8 ounce: Cream, sour
1/2 cup: Oil,
Eggs,
2 tbsp: Poppy seeds,
2 tbsp: Milk,
1/2 tsp: Extract, vanilla
1/2 tsp: Extract, lemon
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and
salt; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Stir into
dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined
mini-muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15
minutes or until muffins test done. Cool in pan 10 minutes before
removing to a wire rack.
