10 medium: Potatoes, cooked and diced
1: Onion, sliced or diced
1/2 lbs: Velveeta cheese Salt and pepper,
2 Sticks: margarine or butter,
3 slice: Bread, torn in pieces
Directions:
Combine potatoes, onions and bread pieces into large casserole dish.
Salt and pepper to taste. Melt margarine and cheese together. Pour
over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes or until bubbly, hot,
and brown.
