Currants (cold Pack) Recipe

Ingredients:
Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.04
Directions:
wash, stem. Pack into clean jars, fill to within 1 1/2 inches of top
of jar with medium syrup (1 c. sugar to 2 c. water). Put on cap,
screwing the band tight. Process 20 minutes boiling water bath, or
pressure canner 10 minutes at 5 pounds pressure.

1 c Currants
1 c Seedless raisins
1 c Candied cherries
1 c Candied citron
1 c Candied pineapple
1 c Cracker crumbs
1 c Chopped apples
1 c Blanched and chopped almonds
2 Eggs
2/3 c Milk
1 t Allspice
1 t Cinnamon
Mix all ingredients and pack loosely into clean jars to within 1 inch
of top. Put on cap, screwing the band tight. Process in pressure
cooker for 50 minutes at 10 pounds or in water bath for 3 hours.
